    Very nice front desk clerks in and out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice hot shower. TV remote needed batteries but TV worked just fine. I’d stay again.

    Needs to be prepared to serve those staying w/them
    I was there on a business trip. There seemed to be a college nursing group there as well. We were all up early looking for coffee and breakfast to get our days started. The dining room staff was not prepared at all. They were going one by one to get a cup a coffee for everyone and had very limited items to choose on the menu. I was surprised since they advertised a restaurant on site and it was a conference center and should have been prepared for a crowd. I was able to get in my car and go find food and coffee but all the nurses were getting on shuttles to leave. The hotel parking lot was full so I am sure those that got up later experienced the same. It was just very disappointing.

    Terrible management. I have stayed here several times for business. This time, I got back to my room after a long day to find that I had no water. I called the desk and was told “yes, the water is out. We’ve called a plumber. But there’s not much we can do.” No one greeted me BEFORE I got to my room. There was no note on my door. No arrangements were made with their “sister property”. They offered absolutely no assistance or adjustments. Simply terrible service and horrible business acumen. No one should accept this type of hotel experience. There are other hotel choices near by that offer better and smarter customer care. I will never stay here again. No on should. We can’t accept incompetence.

    Great Location on Broadway
    In for the weekend for a baseball tournament at Faulkner Park. Great location to restaurants and park. Clean, well taken care of property. Realized sheets were still wet from laundering while crawling into bed, housekeeping came immediately to change them.
