Do Not Stay Here

The customer service provided by this location was sub par. After alignment for key pick up the individuals were 45 minutes late, leaving us standing in the street. After arriving the apartment was not cleaned but still had dirty towels on the floor, trash in the bins, dirty sheets on the bed, a broken fridge, there was even toilet paper on a plant in the restroom. After 4 calls we finally had a made arrive at 21:30, which is absurd. Overall the communication, customer service, and actual reliability of this location is missing. I do not recommend, investing your energy into this place will only start your vacation off badly.

Le logement était insalubre : fenêtre mal fixée, clous dans les murs, draps sales et tachés, murs dégradés. Les photos ne sont pas ce que vous aurez, vidéo à l’appui ! En prime, aucun remboursement ou geste commercial !

Grosse déception

Grosse déception en arrivant ! Taxes supplémentaires non indiquées dans l annonce ( arrivée tardive 15 euros )! Le ménage était très approximatif, literie sale. La douche est bouchée risque d inondation. Pas de volet dans la chambre et très bruyant... Situé au 4 eme étage. sinon très bien placé à proximité de tout et appartement spacieux. Cependant pour le prix je ne recommande pas.

The apt is perfect in the middle of everything but, you have to climb 4 floors up and down. The only thing missing was the host having a list of recommendations where to go to eat and what they recommend nearby. And despite being in Bairro Alto the noise at night does not bother you I would recommend this apt.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich genau im Alten Zentrum der Stadt. Bahnhöfe und alles was der Individualtourist benötigt, in nächster Nähe. Für Selbstversorger ideal auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unbequem das Treppenhaus, für junge Leute weniger ein Problem aber unbedingt die Mitarbeiter vor Ort hinweisen , allen Nutzern, ob jung oder alt, als erstes auf die STUFE im Wohnbereich hinzuweisen.
