Location is close to Bruges. Not hard to find if you follow GPS to the address, then follow signs in to the hotel. It shares an address with Ibis on a small resort lake, so you know you are in the right place when you see signs for Ibis. Rooms are nice, and they are clean. One queen bed and three bunk beds in our room, basically immediately inside the door, along with the bath. This section is a bit tight, but you will only be sleeping there, so it's fine. The apartment opens up to the kitchen and living areas, with plenty of space.
There are no staff on site. When you book a room, you will receive email with a code that will give access to parking, the building, and your room. This email should arrive a couple of days before your arrival. If anything goes wrong, you can call them at the number in the email, and they can give you new codes immediately.
The highway is very close to the hotel, but you cannot hear or see it.
