The hotel itself actually exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the room was comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the servers/staff were super pleasant and attentive. The Wagyu steak and eggs were very good. The negative was the valet parking service, which is a 3rd party vendor. It was $65/night and there was only one person working for the majority of the time. He was doing the best he could, but it took us 40 minutes to get our car the first morning. Checkout was such a disaster that people were just taking their keys and hunting down their cars in order to leave the hotel. Once again, the gentleman was doing the best he could. But the valet service was totally under staffed. The hotel needs to work with the valet service to get this corrected.
