Nice place, needs owners attention!
I always stay here, but the drinks machines not working correctly multiple times during different stays while we’ve stayed here is ridiculous! There are ants in the bathroom on the first floor, which definitely can be managed. This would be a perfect place to room for vacation in this part of town if they would give careful consideration to the guest!

Do not recommend!
Very rude front desk. Room smelled of weed and cigarettes. Party was going on till 3 am in the room across the hall and smoke was coming from them .We have stayed as a part of the swim team reservation and I know that multiple rooms on the same floor repeatedly called the front desk. NOTHING WAS DONE. And in the morning when I asked the front desk manager for the formal complaint form, he didn’t offer any apologies and told me to find it on the website. I am staying over 30 days per year in the hotels due to my children’s sports and had NEVER had experience like that. We felt very unsafe the entire night. If I didn’t have 2 exhausted kids who had to perform the following morning- I would have left in the middle of the night!

No way
By far the worst hotel experience. The room was okay. The interaction with office staff was the problem. Our neighbors decided to have a party next to my family, including children. They were smoking all sorts of items, drinking, slamming doors etc. The smoke was steady coming into our room through the huge gaps in the door and the walls were shaking with music and door slams. Being allergic to such smells not to mention trying to sleep, the front desk staff was informed early on in the night. They were called about 4 times from 10pm until about 3am. The fact that the hotel staff only offered us a new room and did not handle the inappropriate “guests” is ridiculous.

My only concern was that the bed was to soft. Due to the bed being too soft, I had sleep in the chair. I have back issues so the bed wasn’t accommodating. Otherwise, everything else was good.
