We stayed there overnight after flying in to depart on a cruise the following day. It is in a convenient location to walk to restaurants, Space Needle and the monorail. The building is dated but the clean, the staff was remarkably friendly and they were super helpful with handling transportation to the pier and airport. Would definitely recommend.

The location for the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Area is excellent! Staff was great and we got to check in early. Several sites report a grab and go breakfast; there is NO breakfast. While clean the hotel is older and shows wear so the price was high for the quality. Shower is 4×4 w/ a tall lip. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Great stay! We added a night onto our trip. We wanted an outdoor pool which is hard to find in Seattle. The pool exceeded our expectations. The hotel is older and could use some updating but the staff was great and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pleased with our stay!

Location and availability is the only reason to stay here. It hasn't been updated since the 1980s or earlier and it shows. The room was clean as it could be but the old bathroom with moldy grout is concerning and the carpet used as baseboard material is old and dirty. The hallway smelled like cigarettes one day and cannabis the rest of our stay. Vending machines are at least 30 years old and didn't work but would take your money, I did report this to front desk.

We stayed here the day before our cruise. Arrived early and they allowed us to check in early which was a great plus for us. Christine at the front desk was amazing, she even booked a shuttle to the pier for us. The room/restroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. While it is outdated as far as colors of walls and carpet the comfort and cleanliness makes up for it. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is old and needs a lot of updating. The bed was lumpy and the safe didn't work. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot, but the jets were really weak. The staff was friendly and the location was good, very close to the Space Needle. We thought we were getting breakfast, but apparently they haven't had breakfast since Covid!! They said they have tried to notify Hotels.com without success. It was ok for our needs.
