Our stay was great. Our room was large but it’s an older resort. Room smelled musty on arrival not sure if it was a dog friendly room. Location is wonderful away from the crowd in the village area- beach was amazing and somewhat secluded!! Ocean view seemed like ocean front - would stay again and request the same building.

AWFUL STAY!
AWFUL Anniversary trip! We arrived to several work trucks in the parking lot, caution tape and several roofers on top of the hotel. We were not pre-informed of this when making reservations. For 2 days and an evening until 8pm it sounded as if we were in a small arms fire as roofers were directly above our room. When complaining to the front desk we were simply responded to with, It'll end soon, Sir. When asked when 'soon' was they responded with the same reply as all other hotel employee's as if coached with the same response. When asked to speak to someone who could tell us we were told she was the only one there. What? Have several photo's/video's & talked with other unhappy customers. Restaurant service and personel alot to be desired. Unorganized and unfriendly. Bartender was nice though.

Definitely not a resort experience. Amenities like ice were inconveniently located. No coffee maker in room. No bottled water offered. Breakfast was way overpriced - and normally included at Holiday Inns. Shower leaked which caused bath floor to be a ship hazard.

We loved it here! Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Gorgous views. Super quiet (we did stay in the off season). Loved the pool, bar, hottub, and proximity to the beach. We will be back. I’ve stayed here many times now and it’s just a beautiful property and being right on the water with their new restaurant was delicious and so accessible! I wish it was warmer but it’s still a nice get away! One of the managers even comped a night for us to stay for free- so kind! And they took us to the store whenever we needed. It’s beautiful, bikes to rent for free, must go!
