One of the best locations in Rome, very close to bus/train/tram stations which makes it very easy to go anywhere. Check in was smooth and Helena & Marco were pleasure to work with. We had to leave our luggage’s in the lobby for a few hours which was not a problem. Marco suggested us the best restaurants around the neighborhood and provided us a map. The room itself was just perfect for what we needed with a safe, refrigerator and air conditioning. We will definitely come back and stay at this property in the future.

I gave this review a great deal of thought, as I always prefer to be fair, but I believe it is important that future guests have an accurate understanding of what to expect. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. This was certainly a positive aspect of our stay, and we truly appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, however, our overall experience was very disappointing, particularly because the previous reviews had given us expectations that did not correspond to reality. One of the main issues is the parking situation. There is no actual parking available at the property; guests have to find a space on the street, and finding one can be quite difficult. We ended up having to park some distance away and carry our luggage to the property. Accessibility is also something future guests should be aware of. There are stairs at the entrance, which can be particularly challenging if you have heavy luggage. We were fortunate that one of the staff members happened to be arriving at the same time and was extremely kind enough to help us with our bags. Without his help, it would have been quite difficult. The elevator is extremely small and quite old, which may also be worth considering for guests with luggage. Unfortunately, our room was very noisy as well, which significantly affected our comfort during the stay. Staff were absolutely brilliant very attentive and extremely willing to assist couldn’t be more impressed. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning and consisted of a hot drink(s), yoghurt, fruit juice, pastry and sandwich/ toastie. Only slight negative was that the room was one floor above street level and was at times noisy with traffic and people.

We had an amazing 2 night stay, easy self check-in. Beautiful spacious and modern room. Breakfast of our choice served in our room. Helena was very friendly and helpful guiding us with how to get around with bus-tram. We were lucky to have found free parking on the Street.

We highly recommend this location. It is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. There is free parking all around the area of the Trastevere Gallery Suites. Rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
