The hotel is great & has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good as its close to the main sites. The best bit is the dining area & the food choices for breakfast are great, with lots of variety including an Omelette station.

dried poop around toilet equals 2-star hotel
When I got to the room, the air conditioning was set to 16 degrees - and it was 16 degrees in the room. After room-service/cleaning the staff insist on leaving the room at 16 degrees each time. This is too cold for anybody surely - it wasn't even hot when I visited, with max temp around 21 degrees. The breakfast was very basic, though expensive and the room was not clean - see attached photographs of dried toilet poop assumed to be accumulated from many previous guests. How can you rate yourself as a 5-star hotel when standards and common sense are this low? The private beach is across the street, and theres a convenient underpass to get to it. Theres lots of facilities and things to do, though the beach area is quite small. The jacuzzi was broken on the day I wanted to use it. Location is okay - and like most places in abu-dhabi you'll need a car to get anywhere. There is a nice short walk to a posh supermarket, and a slightly longer walk to a regular supermarket. The reception staff are nice and helpful though, pity about the rest of it.

For Louvre + Radisson, the trip was worth it.
We arrived early and were given a room with an upgrade, a partial sea view. It was for a disabled person (and we were advised as such) so the shower was poorly designed, with no real draining on the floor. I don't know how a challenged person would be safe on it... but we used our towels to mop up the excess water that wouldn't have drained. The staff is quite helpful. Liked being right across the street from the Corniche. Though there was full capacity, the hotel was basically quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. The Hotel had a facility with gym and beach across the street, for a fee. Didn't use it but saw it. Had we been there longer than a night, we would have.

Poor condition of rooms, no heating even in winter
I got sick due to the room being too cold. I asked reception about this and they said the engineer would come up, which he did, bur just said ‘no heating no heating’ to whatever I tried to explain to him. The floorboards were uneven by the door and bathroom, which led to an accident or two. Breakfast was fine. Definitely not a five-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination

Helpful staff, good housekeeping. Buffet breakfast was excellent. The only thing we didn’t like were some of the clientele - they were rude and disrespectful to us and to staff. There was no particular incident but many jumped the queue for food and rarely thanked staff.

Fully recommended
The hotel is excellent - great location, great views to the famous Rixos Marina Hotel, clean, super comfortable...the breakfast was also roch in variety and tasty. Beach is nice and there are a lot of activities for guests. What was adding an extra touch is that personnel seemed genuinely happy and cheerful - it was a true pleasure to interact with all of them.

I received early check in and my room was upgraded for my daughter and I. I want to especially thank Siddhesh (I dont know how to spell his name so I'm sorry) at the front desk for making our stay so special and the kindness. Beyond that, the hotel is clean, the staff are so kind and professional, and I felt safe traveling alone as a female with my daughter. The breakfast buffet was busy but lots of options.

Ok for 1 night.
Ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Hotel facilities were across a main road which didn't feel the most relaxing. Good room - very modern. Told we'd have dressing gowns and slippers but room didn't have them so we had to request them. Good walking distance for the corniche and etihad towers. Good restaurant options onsite or short walking distance.

This was an awesome place to stay. The location I would say is the best. It’s walking distance to the marina mall, emirates palace and the presidents palace - when not hot hot hot. I loved the room and staff were friendly. The beach club with pool is across the road. That has a seperate adults pool as well as a kids pool and wave pool and the beach to swim at. This beach club was awesome although food/drinks was very very expensive. The Radisson had a good deal and had the restaurant buffet and dinner for 100aed per adult. My son was free to dine there. Really good price for what we got. Breakfast had a great selection too. Would def stay here again if I came back to Abu Dhabi.
