Perfectly sized room with great provided toiletries etc, staff were kind and very helpful, the provided luggage storage was a life saver and great location for traveling to city centre as old street tube stop is around the corner

Stay was good but could be improved as the air conditioning wasn’t working in both the rooms that they gave me.
First one didn’t work and second was not very effective. Overall a good stay.

I stayed at the windowless room. I was a bit apprehensive at first but it ended up being a very comfortable stay. If anything it was a quiet cocoon in the middle of the bustling city. The staff should also be commended for their hospitality
