Beautiful clean room. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He even gave us map and pointed out all the places to see and best places to eat. He even gave our children little gifts. It was a very pleasant stay.

The coliseum is 5 min walking distance and from other major spots no more than 15-20 min. The place is very clean and lovely. Cristiano,the host, is very warm welcoming gave all these tips on good restaurants, places to shop and metro routes

The hotel was more like a B&B not what you would consider a hotel. Room was small. The host did accommodate when we needed something.

Not a hotel

This property is not even a proper hotel—it’s more like an Airbnb. It’s a three-bedroom house where each room is rented out separately. The towels and bed sheets were extremely worn out, and one of them even had a hole in it. The air conditioning was broken, and there was water leaking everywhere. When we requested a fix, we were told someone would be sent to repair it, but no one ever showed up. We stayed during one of the hottest days in Rome and couldn’t sleep until morning due to the unbearable heat. We ended up having to change hotels and requested a refund, but the property keeps refusing and redirecting us to Hotels.com. I honestly don’t understand why this listing is even on Hotels.com—it belongs on Airbnb, and even there it should have the lowest possible rating. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
