This hotel listed laundry facilities as an amenity. Upon arriving for a 7 night stay we were informed there was no guest laundry. Entering the room we discovered there was not a closet or dresser to store our clothing This would probably be OK for a couple nights stay but doesn’t work well for an extended stay. We won’t be going back.

Love this hotel! It is comfortable, clean, and staff are super friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was too hard for my comfort. But everything else was great! Good, simple hotel breakfast. Pet friendly. It was evident that people were using the pool. The lounge area is always fun with pool table and board games available. Lots of places to sit: in gtoups or nooks by yourself.

Great. I paid hotel $150 to sleep there for 7 hrs and take a shower. Clean, linens and towels, soap and hot water. Beds hard.

We arrived later at night and usually check in can be a pain late. This one was great, no issues and staff was nice. The hotel is nice, modern, and over all well kept. Our room was clean, with the exception of the desk. It was sticky and looked like something spilled on it. I carry wipes, so I simply wiped it myself. Otherwise, all clean, and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable too. The AC worked great, and the shower water was plenty hot. The shower pressure was average, but the size of the stall made up for that. There were plenty of towels and such as well. Breakfast was decent, efficient. Overall I’d recommend. I’d stay here again for sure.

I enjoyed my stay but l live in cheraw sc by the time l checked in it was around 11pm due to my wife having to work and getting off by 6. We were staying because l had an early morning dr appt so we had to up about 8am. The appointment was over about 10. We were still tired and exhausted and really needed to take a nap. Noally check out is 12 otherwise would had been ok but l think a layer check out time should had been offered and extended.

Very nice hotel. Updated and clean, No carpet - love it!! Love the no tub shower with the glass door, no more curtain - yay! Friendly checkin staff. Convenient area. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Check in was easy and helpful directing us to nearby restaurants. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Used a hand towel to wash my hair. Hotel was on a busy road, so noisy. The wall were thin, so you could hear others. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of yogurt. Probably won’t stay at Tru again
