Old but does the job.
I've stayed here several times due to the closeness to Disneyland. This particular room seemed very old. The shower head was not working properly still after maintenance came. Overall still a pleasant stay and would stay here again in the near future.

The heater and AC did not work. The first night we did not need it so we were unaware. The second night it got really warm in the room and needed the AC I told the front desk and they comped the parking but felt they still expected us to change rooms in the middle of the night.

I would stay here again
Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were standard, decent. A bit outdated and the beds definitely need to be upgraded. Our mattress would dip in the middle. Over average hotel, I was expecting more since it is a pretty popular hotel, the holiday inn, and it’s very short distance from Disneyland, but overall I would stay here again.

Hot tub for the win
Pretty run of the mill for hotels around Disneyland. It’s old and needs some updating. The beds were not the most comfortable. Overall everything seemed clean which was a plus. The housekeeping service replaced towels but did not make beds. Water pressure in the shower was good. The best part was the hot tub and pool area. Being able to sit in the hot tub after a day in the park was amazing! I might look into this hotel again because of the hot tub.

The lock on the door didn’t work so every time we wanted to access our room we had to be let in - maintenance could not fix and they would switch our room. MOLD! Pool NOT heated! Zero housekeeping services, even when requested. Towels in shreds. Fridge full of rotting food. Kind but totally ineffective staff. Hotels.com unable to help fix anything!!! Refund requested for upcoming stay with photos of issues provided. That takes 72 hours. I still have not hear back. Comfortable bed!

Good Place for our trip to Disneyland
It was a good hotel for the few days we stayed for our Disneyland trip. Nothing super fancy but comfortable. It was very close to the parks and lots of great food places to eat. I would stay again!
