Great location, great hospitality
Check in was rather quick. Front desk was super nice and friendly. Hotel was super busy. Enjoyed the general location of this hotel, quiet and clean. There was an In and out super close by and there was a grocery store for snacks and food. Because they were super busy, there was no luggage cart for our luggage. Only gripe but overall would stay there again.

Not worth it
My stay was not great at all. This is because I had to keep calling the front desk asking for items (towels, hand towels, and wash clothes) to be sent up and it held me up from my day. Sometimes I had to call multiple times to get towels sent up before it actually comes. Housekeeping doesn't clean the room, the bed doesn't even get made up. I rate this a 1 out of 5.

Nice staff, laughably bad hotel.
I almost never give a bad review. I just keep my mouth (typing fingers) shut…but…I have to say something here. First, let me say that all of the staff were kind, pleasant and professional. Everything else was severely lacking. I have never seen a more absurd design of a shower. You might as well have the shower head directed right onto the bathroom floor. The hallway by the elevator smelled like a sewer. A mountain of dirty laundry piled on the hallway floor all night. Broken lights, old smelly carpets. Just returned from Cambodia and Vietnam for a month and the very worst place we stayed was, hands down, far superior to this hotel. To the owner… please take just a little pride in your property. It was embarrassing staying at your hotel.
