We knew where we were staying (an old motel) so did not have grand expectations. The good: The breakfast was higher quality than we had expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was good to see the place being renovated. The not so good: The room we had (for 4 people) had a barely working toilet, that required a few visits from staff to keep barely working. And the musty hallway smell of old motels. But all in all, a decent experience, and great staff.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We got the room with the jacuzzi and it was so worth it. Our whole plan was just to keep our bags and explore Clifton hill however our minds were on the jacuzzi and we came back early just to utilize it. It was so worth it. The images on line of the family suite that we booked are nowhere near what the room looks like in person. Toilet was dirty, the windows were stained, a hole in the floor where the air vent should be, fans plugged into various locations throughout. The furnishings look as though they were picked up off of the street on trash day. We stayed there a total of 30 minutes and then checked out. To top it off, we weren't even given a full refund even though we didn't stay long enough to get a quick nap. Never ever again!!!!

I booked 2 rooms. We were out in a room that's in bad condition Shower curtain so dirty. The floor broken. Towels so small.. POSITIVE: BED, pillows and blanket are ok. Breakfast is good for the price.. They should have put us in a room that was renovated already..
