Great location, very close to main tourist attractions and many restaurants. Nice area to walk around. Walking distance from train station so very convenient for transport to and from airport or if you are coming by train from other locations in Italy. The hotel itself would need some renovation, but it was quiet, the bed was confortable and the sheets and towels were new and clean

The room was great, in a convenient location, walkable to the Colosseum and most of the historical locations. Great food nearby. My only complaint was the host isn’t there full time and we had to wait a couple hours to check in and get our bags put away.

5 star location. Literally down the street from the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants and a mini markets nearby. Friendly staff. Be advised, this is a small boutique hotel within a larger building of serveral residences, etc. It’s not fully staffed 24/7. If you’re not checking in during the check in window, plan ahead. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and were able to store our luggage at a nearby cafe through “bounce”. Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Accommodations aren’t fancy but it’s got everything you need and the place was clean.
