Great service, decor, space, amenities! Allowed early check in as room was available. Close to station. Very spacious and luxuriously designed. Loved the washing machine. However could provide more hanging space / drying racks for laundry that cannot be put through the dryer

A short 1/2 mile walk from Kyoto train station. Great location, hotel was new, clean and the room was great. The room was roomy, comfy bed, with kitchenette / refrigerator, washer / dryer combo and large restroom with large shower and separate bath tub. To top it off, it came with breakfast which was amazing and plenty of food.

We received a very timely welcome drink, after having walked in heat from the station. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive. A very boutique hotel experience. The room was as large as an apartment, with a washing machine and powder included, which is such a bonus when travelling as a family for 4 weeks. We would definitely stay there again.
