Overall very good
Overall happy with our stay but a few things they could do better on. Pros: indoor heated secure parking, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, central location, and room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Cons: mostly very minor but annoying - tech issues in room, phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work just got blank menu screens (finally figured out you had to unplug and replug the tv power cord and that reset the tv channels and guide) wifi didn’t work using the provided password using room # and last name) but then the front desk gave us a different code that worked, not much toilet paper ( 2 part rolls that each were almost finished) no spoons or stirrers for the coffee, no cream or whitener. Minor issues but all combined added up to some annoyance. All resolved by housekeeping or front desk staff but a waste of our time to have to keep asking about everything.

Old rusted ship with new paint and outdated
The sauna was out of commission entire stay.(one of the reasons I booked room. Pillows offered no support and bed were old and could feel the springs. Not one single person in family slept through the night. Considered checking out in middle of night. Only basic cable available on televisions with no option for chrome at or to rent movies. Balcony was terrible and felt like we were in roughest part of Edmonton. Don’t let the pictures mislead you. This place is extremely outdated and fresh paint does not hid the fact that this is the worst choice I have ever made for taking my family out to.

Great Service, Convenient location.
I stay here a couple nights a month so the service is always good as I have developed a repoire with staff. I always get late check out without issue, and they are flexible in my specific room requests. While breakfast is available at location it is not included in the usual rate unfortunately. Free underground heated parking as well as la large amount of outdoor parking. Most amenities nearby, restaurants within a quick walk.

Amazing family staycation! Amazing Value!
The property is amazing with its new renovations! The building is dated but in it are spacious rooms (as expected of old buildings). We had connecting rooms king and double queen and we had so much room to move around! The rooms are well appointed (lounging chairs, writing table, and sofa on each room microwave, fridge, Starbucks Keurig). Pool and hot tub amazing. The location cant be beat with so many dining options around. There is no free breakfast though. If they throw in value-added breakfast, I'd be willing to pay a little bit more. The atrium has a lot of potential and space to accomodate a breakfast crowd. Nonetheless, we were not left wanting as there are too many dining options within walking distance.

Check-in is always smooth and efficient. Room is well appointed with everything I need. Late check out was provided at request with no trouble. I stay here for a night every two weeks when passing through. Heated parking is a bonus in the winter!

The King Bed
We had a king size bed that should definitely be changed out. It was very hard and if you moved you would end up on the middle of the mattresses in a divot. Pillows and bedding were great though’

It was amazing the pool and the hot tub were clean! The gym was insanely huge!!! The service from the staff was so great. My favourite home away from home from now on!! Anything we needed extra blankets extra bed the staff was there instantly! I was so impressed.
