I love the room, the view, the neighborhood. The room had everything I needed it for a comfortable stay. We have parking, we had so many options in restaurants, even a supermarket nearby if you need one. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Rome.

Overall stay was alright. Check in process was very confusing. My email from expedia said check in was available from 8:30am onwards. There was also a note in the same email stating that the front desk is open until 1pm. None of this was actually true... This information needs to be updated. I had a long flight to Rome and specifically booked this place because of the early check in.

Please let me be clear; this is my honest opinion about this guest house, spend little more money for hotel and any hotel because this place is nothing like on photos on Expedia, same moment i arrive i contact Expedia because this room i book is terrible and dirty and smells and i book with balcony but owner use balcony like storage for tiles and other cleaning products. Area around guest house is not very good with lots of homeless people Pictures are from 10 years ago and older for sure, balcony door is not closing all the way, you have to carry set of 4 keys with you, building is old with small elevator, its noisy, old beds, small shower like 25 inches, broken tiles and rusty edges so you have to be careful, after first night i complain about room to owner and Expedia this property manager Andrea blocked me Wi-Fi and tv channels and it's really sad to treat guest that way. Not good and please don't believe in photos and some reviews because they are not honest, I pay price for staying there so you don't have to make same mistake. Please this is my honest opinion about this guest house.

Os quartos são excelentes e a acomodação está super bem localizada do Trastereve com tram e ônibus praticamente na porta. No final da rua tem a estação Trastevere com trem direto pro aeroporto por 8 euros, subindo a rua vc encontra o fervo do Trastevere, vários barzinhos, música e bons restaurantes. Realmente o box do banheiro é minúsculo como vi em várias avaliações, mas essa é uma realidade em todas as acomodações na Itália: todos os box são pequenos. Custo-benefício excelente, me hospedaria de novo. Deixando claro que não tem luxo ou muitas comodidades, mas é o básico que funciona: conforto, boa localização, limpeza e organização.

No es buena idea quedarse aquí

Si quieres bañarte la noche antes de salir, lo es el lugar ideal. No hay agua caliente y nadie te resuelve. La habitación es muy cerca de la calle y se escucha todo el ruido incluyendo el tranvía. Hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y el baño es pequeñísimo. Por otro lado la limpieza y atención de Rossy es muy buena!

Es muy tranquilo el lugar y Andrea fue muy amable en enviar con anticipación el proceso de auto check in, tiene frigobar y aire acondicionado que agradecimos muchisimo, ademas de que dejan capsulas para un cafe antes de salir a pasear por las mañanas. Lo unico que puedo decir que no me gusto fue la ducha es muy pequeña incluso para alguien pequeña como yo.
