I booked this hotel last minute as I had to travel alone from London to Rome as mum was on holiday there alone & had fainted & broken her ankle. As a women & a lone traveller, this hotel made me feel safe & they were so accommodating with me having to extend my room stay a day at time. The room was cleaned everyday & I really appreciated the air con each night as it was so hot outside. Thank you again for having me & making it so easy to extend my booking each day. There is cafes near by & shop which was great as I didn’t bring much with me as it was so last minute.

Terrible experience. You had you text your ID documents to a random person no front desk. The host was really rude and the stay had 1 role of toilet paper for two night stay. Early check out at 10am? Who does this? The stay was really small no closet what so ever you leave your stuff on the ground. Hard to find at night, host is super rude.
