Nice Enough - Rough around the edges
Location of the hotel was perfect, still in the city centre but just slightly away from the busier streets. Air con worked wonderfully and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
However we were slightly disappointed with the quality of our stay considering the price. The room felt a bit rough around the edges with large panels in the walls looking like they might fall any minute, the black detailed bathroom was chipped away and the room was quite dusty. It just felt like they lacked attention to detail with even the shampoo by the wash basin and the hand wash in the shower!
Other things to note if you book a junior suit is the hallway to your room is like a sauna (presumably from the generators) and the sofa in the lounge area is firm and not very comfortable. We also had cleaners come in to our room before 9am on the day we were checking out which felt unnecessary and far too early to be interrupted.
