Raj the owner / manager of four months and his staff were excellent. Very nice unique and thoughtful touches in the room, frosted glasses, very nice towels and bedding. The bed was horrid, but they are replacing them all soon and Raj even asked our advice. I would definitely stay there again. The room was spotlessly clean. Raj even offered a discount for our grandson as our son's wedding was the same weekend as Grape Fest and most motels had 0 vacancy AND were overcharging AND the other Maple Leaf Motel was putting people in DIRTY rooms and charging $159 per night.

Reservation not honoured
After driving a long distance arrived at the motel to find out my reservation was not honoured, the room had been sold to another guest. The owner explained he called several times and since there was no answer decided to not honour my reservation. I was camping and did not have cell service. I booked a few days before arrival for a long weekend. Having no room the owner offered a single bed in a storage area with shared bathroom at full price. Being a long weekend I had few options and agreed. Not impressed as a reservation should be a reservation and paid full price while not receiving what I booked. Contacted Expedia on my return and it took 2 calls to obtain a future travel. Never saw the inside of a room so can not comment on condition, comfort etc. Can not recommend properties that do not honour a reservation
