We had a nice time, the room was clean and bigger than I expected. The location is ideal, very close to everything we wanted to do while staying in the city. The beds were pretty small, the smallest double bed I’ve ever seen, which made our stay a little less comfortable. The location and staff were amazing.

The stay was only okay. Disappointed with the room overall and the quality. The beds are smaller than advertised. The room was seemingly falling apart and didn’t seem super clean. The tub didn’t drain while taking a shower. There was dust on many surfaces. The walls are paper thin. I attached photos for reference.

No life after 11pm.
All good (bed, reception, room, cleanliness etc) as you would expect from any mainline hotels in Manhattan. If you want anything to do after 11pm you have to go out to other hotels as they shut everything. I found that very poor from a Marriott hotel.

Great location, very noisy.
The location is ideal. It’s close to everything, including the subway. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Our only issue was all the noise. The door and windows are definitely not soundproof. You can hear everything going on at Times Square even though we were on the 12th floor. You can also hear everything going on in the hallway, every single door slamming, all the conversations in the hallway. Everything. It was really hard to sleep. Bring your ear plugs!

Disappointed with property but not the view
Not having a restaurant on property surprised me. Somehow I didn’t pick up on that and the fact they don’t have room service either. However there are many restaurants surrounding the property but sometimes I just don’t want to go out on the street. The views are tremendous

Hotel staff excellent. Incident with people in adjoining room were partying and smoking weed from 1-3am. Strong odor came into our room from around the door. Hotel staff notified. Also, hotel offered $35/day credit at restaurant. Should have asked price earlier but at checkout found out that the breakfast was $35/person.

Pretty spotty service. Rude and inattentive housek
Check in was marvelous. Arrived at room with strong tobacco smoke smell. Trash cans had not been emptied. Rug had burn holes. Otherwise ok. When returned to room daily, same smoke smell hit us. Went to the breakfast buffet and were met with rude attendants. We were still eating when the closing time arrived. Staff of 3 loud men tore down the buffet, slamming doors and equipment with no regard for the diners. Very horrible experience. Navigator concierge really helpful. Requested blanket and foam pillow but only blanket provided.
