Never again
Room not cleaned ... hair in the tub and dishes in the bathroom sink...there was no mention of having to pay $17plus for parking!

Very Good 8.0
It was too hot in room all night. Gd place to stay to watch hockey game.
Phyllis, ca1 night trip
Good 6.0
Room was small. Our vehicle was too big to go in the parkade so we had to park outside right next to hotel doors which made it difficult to unload our luggage onto the cart. Didn't get any assistance with our luggage/cart.
Jody, ca1 night trip
Exceptional 10.0
Only problem with our stay is trying to find our way from the parking lot to the lobby and from the lobby to the concourse (there is no indoor connection when an event is on at the MTS Centre).

Work on customer service
It was a nice stay but the customer service was not. The front desk girl was not helpful at all and barely spoke to us when we were checking in. At first she ignored me and was about to check in the people behind me first. Maybe I didn’t look like I fit in there but I just drove 8 hours to get there the least you can do is be nice to me and make me feel welcome.
