Will beg for clean sheets
We love the location of this hotel, it makes for an easy walk to and from Disneyland each day. However, upon arriving, we noticed the room was not very clean. Felt overall dusty and grimy.We were told at check-in that the room would be cleaned after two days. After spending two nights there, I called the front desk and asked for our room to be serviced while we spent the day at Disneyland. We had a little boy get sick the previous night and we’re in desperate need of clean linens and towels. We returned to the room late that evening to find that our room had not been serviced. My husband called the front desk and requested new sheets and towels. He was brought up two fleece blankets and 12 pillowcases. I went to the front desk to talk to them about it and waited in line for 10 or 15 minutes before giving up. There was only one person working the front desk and many people waiting.
I am saddened by your experience as we have stayed here before and have really enjoyed it. We will not be returning unless they are able to make it right.
