Filthy
Room was outdated dirty, paint peeling inside of the shower, headboard had white stains on it in multiple places , breakfast i had to ask for she gave an old orange , and a stale muffin, 330.00 for 1 night in this dump i was here for work, got in late no other rooms available or i definitely would not of stayed , i slept fully clothed with my shoes on, definitely a 1 star hotel

motel room was clean and beds were comfortable we were very in and out but quick looks showed areas needing paint or other attention. ay least one outlet in the unit was so loose, a cord would not stay plugged in. maybe not a big deal but goes to pride of management you can do better

It's an old hotel, no sign I suspect that's hurricane related but it has been over 6 months since. The rooms are all outside, the parking area is ok Why, do they still use square pillows? Are regular pillows too expensive? Bathroom area, toilet shower is very small. And the pull on the tub spigot to shower is very loose so you are taking a bath and showering at the same time. Don't pull up too hard, you could break something.

Isn't as nice as the pictures show
I arrived late (an hour) to my check in due to my flight being delayed. When I showed up, I was told my reservation was cancelled. The woman working at the counter also said she could not grant me the price that I got on Hotels.com and that I had to call the hotels.com toll free number to reserve the room (again). After being on the phone for over an hour, I decided to go to another hotel.

Okay, but . . .
This was a last minute booking. We were put in a handicapped room, which is ok, but the room wasn’t very well thought out. The light switch by the entry door didn’t work. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and those light switches were all the way across the room. There was no closet, just a shelf with a bar for hangers. It looked like they tried to convert the room to handicapped, but didn’t think it through. That being said, the staff were all very polite and helpful.

Was better than I thought! Breakfast was great, room was cozy. My only complaint was they were a little stingy with the towels. Family of 5 and we needed to shower both nights. I did get them but had to plea for them. I would stay here again!

Never Again
Upon arriving my impression was it could probably be a, for lack of a better word, a Welfare hotel. Lots of people on their balconies. Our room smelled as if someone had spent several days there smoking. I was told they were sold out and could not give us another room. The chair in the room was filthy, and the rug certainly had the same appearance. Fortunately the linens were clean. The outside was rundown and needs a very big makeover.

Not as advertised.
Large, clean room. Overall the condition of the property was very poor. Garbage not picked up, beer caps and cigarettes in front flower beds. Car park had garbage not picked up. Pool not clean and every chair except two around the pool was broken. Why did I get a notice before check in to enjoy the pool??? Even the sign at the road was broken. Marijuana smell around the dining room one day. Main issue was that the hotel is used as a long term stay facility. Comings and going heard at night time. Hotel guests should be informed of this prior to booking. Also I was charged for a nights stay before my arrival. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Worst place to stay ever. The entire place should be razed. Old and overused. Smelled bad like cigarettes and dogs! Bad service, no breakfast as advertised. Would never go there again and would tell anyone who asked not to go there either! 😟

Bargain for good quiet, comfortable sleep.
Surprisingly low water pressure… a Tampa-wide issue ? Killed 5 or 6 small flying bugs in room on day one…easily, first sawn, so I suspect they were slowed down from recent bug spray @ motel ? Quite loose toilet seat, reported to manager. Told at check-in by desk personnel “hot breakfast, sausages, starts @ 6”. Only hot item: toast u can make. Started @7, NOT 6. QUIET place, very comfortable bed, 3 pillows/bed, good for rest. Rug in my room an end of useful service life. Plenty of towels & nice shampoo, etc, & coffee service supplied in room. Overall, quite good value for $, esp since only ~6 was post hurricane, which I think must have been a setback for them, like for many Tampa businesses. Very helpful, responsive staff. Would stay again.
