2/10 Poor

Filthy room, long hair in the bed, tons of dust kickup from the vents, morning wake-up calls from the pidgeon infestation.

Great little boutique hotel.
The hotel is located in three old Victorian style homes that lends to its charm. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Close walking distance to all downtown attractions. Highly recommended.

A Little Gem
Great location; lovely 19thC decor. Casual fine dining attached. On the down side: walls a little thin (in our attic room, at least) and parking is free but a bit tight.

6/10 Good

Great for weekend stay...not any longer
This would be a great place for a 1 or 2 day stay. We stayed for 6 for business. Cleanliness- No issues at all but you have to ask for a "refresh" everyday if needed. During our refresh, trash was still left coffee was not replenished, and toiletries were not refilled. We ran out of TP by the end with no extra in the room. Service- every single thing we asked for was quickly resolved with a smile (including to remove the trash that the refresh left). Heating/cooling - you can ask for an extra heater, but not an AC. The room was hotter then we like and the windows open towards the main road with no way to prop open. Comfort- bed was firm (great for me,but not the wife). Chair and desk were very old and did not seem very sturdy. Chair did not work with the desk well to be used as a desk for work. The wing back chairs were comfortable. Pleanty of pillows and blankets. Recommend the staff takes note of stays over 2 nights and clean, refresh, and resupply without being asked.
