You have to pay for parking
Building is in the middle of a refurbish
Not to bad but I take exception to the 5.78 parking charge
This is just plain robbery
Next time I will stay somewhere else

My review is bad because after I left I realize I left a work shirt and battery charger in the room.
I call and was promised a return call. No call was placed. I went to the hotel. They then claimed to check with the house keepi g and said no shirt (dress shirt with company logo) and battery charger was found.
It was my fault that I left the shirt but it was obvious there was no concern. A d obvious that some had taken these items.
Horrible service and attitude.

Doors to outside were easily opened without a key card. The doors to the room were difficult to close. Needed to be slammed. Bathroom had a translucent barn door so anyone who used the facilities during the night woke everyone else up with the light.

We were there Aug. 31. Could hardly open or close or door to our room. Our bathroom door did not close. And there was a smell in our room, like it was masking an odour. Would never recommend this place.

The credit card style door key worked once! The door looked as if someone had broken into it more than once. The hanger behind the bathroom door had been forcibly traumatised and was just hanging on.
They charged ,above and beyond the Expedia fee ,for parking...which was unexpected.
The room had a vague smell of urine when I first entered it.

Clean Room.
The room was clean as were sheets and towels. The check in was quick and smooth. There is a bit of noise from surrounding area and hallway. Overall worth the cost and I would book here again.

I had never stayed a 5 Comfort Suites before (usually stayed at Quality Inn before) but they had an accessible suite for me so I was pleased about that. Due to arthritis I need grab bars in the bathroom and an accessible entrance so I don't need to carry my suitcase/garment bag up stairs. Even though there was a grab bar I still had some difficulties as the toilet was so low to the floor. I would suggest in future you replace toilet with 17/18 inch high seat. Unfortunately, I didnt sleep well as the mattress and pillows were all too soft which left me with a sore back and neck. Another thing that caused me to lose sleep was loud neighbours yelling and banging around from 1 to 3 am!
The coffee maker stopped working after the first day but I was heating my tea in the microwave so good thing I dont drink coffee!
The staff were polite but, as I was only there for 3 nights and they probably didn’t have another accessible suite and I was busy in town, I didnt ask for my room to be changed. I will know what to ask for in future. I did tell staff about the coffee machine when I checked out.
