Location to as great! In the middle of all of it, stunning hotel and rooms overlooking the canals, breakfast was good selection, I had a fall in the hotel and team was very attentive and helpful. I'm sad we had to leave, would highly recommend to all.

Our 2nd visit to this beautiful hotel! Can’t fault the standards. Rooms are immaculate bed is so comfy! Great bathroom, large shower! Love the option for dim or brighter lights in the room. The honesty bar is a great space to sit. Hotel Mai is my favourite Amsterdam hotel and we certainly will be back!

Very convenient location
It’s very clean, quiet despite being very central. The room is of a reasonable size, but the furniture could be a bit more efficient for shelf and drawer space. The bed is comfortable. There are enough sockets, but the lighting is atrocious even by hotel standards. Maybe in the summer it’s not important as there are large windows, but in December the room is permanently dark.
