Good option near CDG
On the plus side, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice too, very spacious and clean. My beefs: I was never able to find a room service menu, and I wasn’t able to order a glass of wine or a cocktail because “that comes from the bar.” Also I wasn't able to charge my devices in the room at night because the outlets went out when the lights went off. (I did leave my key in the slot for electricity but it didn’t matter). I am sure if I had called down to the desk, they would have sent someone up but I was too exhausted and cranky.

Dark gardens, bird excrement and rats on the way
Walking to the hotel from the airport terminal you have to walk through a dark section of the gardens, the small road is covered in bird excrement and was full of rats. My carryon was very dirty when we finally got to the hotel. Did not feel safe at all.

The hotel was so much better than anticipated - highly recommended. Only 5-10 mins from the airport and literally EUR 20 to get there in a taxi. Will definitely stay again. Family room was non-problematic and dinner was excellent.

compared to other Hilton located on airport site ( i.e. heathrow), this hotel is of impossible access by feet with no indication from terminal area. this hotel has no shuttle either. pathetic. otherwise the facility itself is better quality than heathrow. service at restaurant is not efficient.
