"I had a wonderful experience during my stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and positive attitude. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in. The level of service throughout our stay was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room clean and refreshed every day, which made a big difference in our comfort. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well and needed hot water for tea—without hesitation, the staff quickly assisted me with kindness and care. Overall, we are very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail. The team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and supported. "Relaxing location but the check in process is a joke! Messaged before arriving to see if we could check in early and they said yes if its available, when we arrived they said no check in is at 2, didnt even check if it was available. Then you have to get a ticket and wait to be called to check in, no one even told us you needed a ticket. There are around 30 people waiting to check in and each one takes 10-20 minutes. We had a room for 3 and the 3rd bed wasnt even made up, all blankets were still in cupboard. There were also stains (looked like blood) on the floor No cups or anything in the room either, wouldnt hurt to put some plastic cups or even a kettle with coffee facilities in Toilet didnt flush properly and leaked from the tank"

"Location was perfect for us because it was just outside the restricted driving zone with an easy parking garage, yet easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain as well as many restaurants, shops, etc. Also the metro station was very close. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with a good size bathroom. Would definitely stay here again. "
