"Its an older property but very clean. The staff is excellent. They offer an amazing breakfast with a variety of different choices. Monica and her staff in the morning offered the best Customer Service and hospitality. The only down side was that we were not able to control the AC in our room, but thankfully we went in April and it wasn't too hot. Its very convenient that we were able to get transportation arranged through the front desk. The location is a 30 minute drive from the airport. Very close within walking distance to the Vatican, fresh market and restaurants. The Coleseum is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel and train station. Remember that traffic is very busy in Rome. We had a tough time because check in was at 3pm but they were able to get our room at 12pm."

"Our family of 3, 2 adults and 1 teenager, enjoyed our stay at Condotti Boutique Hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff walked us from the main building around the corner to our building and ensured we were well settled into our room. The room itself was well equipped, modern and spacious for our 4 night stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was a quick walk to the station which was only 3 stops to Roma Termini and 3 stops the other way to the Vatican. The Spanish Steps were at the end of the street (close to the station) and the Trevi Fountain was a 10 minute walk. Many restaurants and supermarkets were within close proximity. Would highly recommend. "

"The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to settle in for five days without feeling cramped. Large bathroom with a great shower, air conditioning, and a huge balcony with a full seating area and table. I spent a lot of time out there. The room also had a Nespresso machine, which was honestly amazing. Exactly what I needed to start the day before heading out to explore. On my first night I was too exhausted to go out so I ordered room service, which was a great option to have. The restaurant was fine, nothing special, but solid enough. I’m not really a breakfast person and buffets aren’t really my thing, but it was included so I stopped in for a pastry and cappuccino and it was actually really lovely. The staff were exceptional. Attentive and genuinely warm from the moment I arrived to the day I left. They really made the trip feel special. Handled my overpacked bag (I can’t help it), helped with transport. And best of all had the room ready early since my flight came in so early in the morning. Life saving. I was checked in and showered and ready to explore. Location is a big win too. Safe, quiet, and walkable to so many sites and restaurants. As a first-time visitor I had a hard time picking a hotel and this was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but honestly it was worth every penny. Would book it again. 100%"
