Firstly, the check-in instructions clearly stated that we would find the physical keys inside the apartment after accessing it using virtual keys, which required an internet connection. However, upon arrival, we did not find any physical keys inside the apartment. The property manager later confirmed that only virtual keys would be used for the entire stay. This was quite challenging for us, as not all of us had local data plans to access the internet.
The apartment itself had several issues:
Ant infestation: The kitchen and living room were infested with ants. We even found ants in food that had been left on the counter.
No AC in two rooms: This was not mentioned in the listing. With outdoor temperatures reaching 35°C, the provided fans were insufficient, and sleeping was very uncomfortable.
Extremely small shower space: The shower was so cramped that I could barely fit inside.
On the positive side, the location is great, the apartment is a decent size, and it’s easily accessible. Our stay would have been much more enjoyable if all rooms had air conditioning and there hadn’t been an ant problem.
