Called number provided for 3 days prior to arrival and got full voicemail each time. Did manage to get through an hour before check in and was quickly accommodated. Was a bit disconcerting not knowing if I could get in to place up until the last minute.

Well-appointed suite with everything you would need for an extended stay. Not a hotel but a private condo. Never received the email with the check-in/access instructions but the property manager was great on the phone. Very convenient walking location. We found the location very noisy, though; sirens going off all night long and echoing around the tall buildings. Great cityscape view.
