Very noisy
I had a bad experience. There is no sound separation so you hear one of the main street roads of Lisbon all night long (including infinite amount of sirens of all kinds). The rooms are not that private. I heard my neighbor scrolling down TikTok in Arabic all night long. Miguel (the receptionist) was the only good thing about the hotel, he was very helpful. The other receptionist not so much. I requested to iron a shirt and she replied that I have to wait until 23:30 because she is there working alone (it was 20:00 or so). The do not disturb sign I put on the door wasn't respected too. I wanted to over sleep after a Friday night out. I got woken up over and over in 08:30. I requested to continue sleeping and they just kept coming at 20 minutes intervals. Overall, no amenities, not sound proof, not an hotel I would rank as 4 star. I wanted to have good sleep and I simply couldn't. I chose to move to another hotel eventually. I wouldn't rank this as 4 star. It's more like expensive 3. I know Cristiano Ronaldo and everything, but that's not a good value for the money in my experience.

Disappointed with our stay
we booked a Junior Suite, as we have done several times in the past. The Junior Suite, with its separate living room and bedroom, is essential for us as a family of four, and this is what we expected and paid for. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the Junior Suites were fully booked despite our reservation. This was extremely disappointing, as this specific suite was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Instead of being accommodated as promised, we were left with no choice but to pay extra for two separate rooms to sort out the issue.

Conveniently located in city center. The lobby is surprisingly small and was filled with almost 20 guests waiting to check-in and check-out with only one employee to help. Additional guests with room key issues were demanding immediate attention ahead of those who were waiting in line. Had an issue with a broken mirror in the room upon check in and was told maintenance was off for the holiday and would address it next day, it was never addressed throughout the stay. Other than that the room was clean and well maintained. Please have more staff present to help with guests at front desk.

It is a bit far from the center of tow. There is a metro stop nearby. The breakfast was very good. Front desk staff could use some help! There should be more personnel at the price we paid. Was this building something else before becoming a hotel? Our room struck me as oddly arranged

Fine rather generic hotel walking distance from the historic center and just off the Avenida. Very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. Overpriced for what it is but that is suddenly trendy Lisbon 2024.
