Hotel was okay, but lacked basic utensils in the kitchen to use. Breakfast offerings were slim could have been better. Rooms and linens could have been cleaner. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Probably the worst worn out mattress I have slept on in decades. It sunk down in the middle. Hard to get a good sleep. The a/c wasn't working either.

A lot of cooking going on.

Poor 2.0
Awful
Don’t expect luxury. Bugs crawling. Loud. Pot smell. Dogs barking. Dirty. Window wouldn’t close. Remote control taped together. No utensils in kitchen. You get what you pay for. Wouldn’t stay again

No snacks, no waters this time. Basic internet speed is bad. Like 1mps. Paid internet is bad for the price 3-4mbs. Could not use the elevator to go down from my floor. Down button broken. Stairways all a long way off. I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk and he said he would call it in. Was the same the next morning.

Exceptional 10.0
With my job, I spend 25 days per month on the road in hotels. Due to the length of time, I am always booking in affordable hotels. I do prefer a coffee pot and housekeeping at least every few days, but I am a clean person, and can live without them. Some things that make this hotel stand out from all the others is that the staff is so friendly, helpful, and always available. The rooms are the cleanest I have experienced lately out of the 5 states I travel to. NO ONE questions you when you ask for clean towels. It is pleasant, quiet, conveniently located, beds are comfy, tub is clean and relaxing, water is hot, and I always find there is plenty of parking. I also love the full sized refrigerator, the option to cook, the iron/ironing board, and the hair dryer....these may seen foolish but when I take out my dress clothes from my suitcase on week 3 of my trip, I NEED to iron, and drying my long hair is a must. Restaurants get expensive the fridge is nice to have premade foods from the grocery store deli, etc. If I am looking for 1 night, 1 week, or 1 month....this is the place I will go every time.
