Time for improvements.
We asked for a high floor got the 2nd floor, parking lot view. The bathroom needs updating. No place to put anything for your things you use. No shelves. shower is awful, no pressure to get the soap out of your hair. No floor mat, be careful on the wet floor. Pillows are a joke. tiny and worn out. TV is small for a big room. Lots of channels at least, that was nice. Fridge was also nice. Be great if it was on a stand as you have to crawl on the floor to use it. They charge for handicap parking that is terrible. That is just not right.

A breathtaking & life changing view of the falls!
We had originally reserved a “river view” king suite for one night but upon check in we were fortunate to receive a surprise upgrade to “Full Falls View” and we honestly wept for the beauty and were constantly mesmerized! Unfortunately the next morning our toddler was sick so we decided best not to travel and wanted to stay one more day to rest up… when debating if we should switch to a smaller room in order to save some money the receptionist kindly offered us a one time exception so we were able to pay our original booking at the current rate yet not have to schlep a sick kiddo and remain in our luxurious room with that breathtaking view! While the reception and housekeeping staff were all consistently wonderful, it was Bailey who from the very first moment we arrived until our departure, went that extra mile in terms of her service to make us truly feel welcome, comfortable and accommodated and thus made our stay extra special and honestly unforgettable! Signed, forever grateful to Bailey & Oakes Hotel <3
