Best stay in New Orleans
I've stayed in many hotels here in New Orleans and my stay here at the Ritz was by far yhe best outside of the Roosevelt. Everything was to perfection, and the staff was exceptional!

Beautiful hotel and room. Good location. It was chilly and rainy during our stay. It was difficult to keep our room warm. Housekeeping did not enter our room when the privacy sign was NOT displayed resulting in no service during our stay. Granted, my husband was not feeling well and spent a lot of time in the room. But, I do not think it unreasonable to hope that they come in while we are not in the room and the door tag is not out.

Great hotel and convenient location
Kevin the concierge was awesome making recommendations and getting us reservations. Not eco friendly from the perspective they kept leaving us plastic water bottles. The tap water was great. Eco friendly from the standpoint of not changing sheets everyday but when there was blood on them, they should have been changed.
