Our stay was excellent! From arranging transportation from Fiumicino airport to getting a taxi to Termini Station to getting on their wi-fi, the staff was friendly and very helpful! Great hotel for the price you pay you get a lot of value and amazing service by staff, very kind and helpful. Got a room upgrade to a larger bed which was very kind and appreciated. Hotel is in a very good, safe area and in central Rome within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also placed in more local and not really crowded area, so doesn’t get noisy at night. Room was spacious and nice and clean, old style furniture but elegant. Bathrooms might need a small upgrade but overall ok. Room was very warm, maybe a bit too hot for my liking but was cosy and nice, so maybe review rooms temperature in winter.
