When we got to the hotel, we were given a key to our room, and the room was already used and was not clean from the previous people that were in there. We were then put in another room with no heat and the temperature was -20 outside. We could see our breath in our room. We shivered all night with 0 sleep. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. We were told there was a portable heater but that didn’t work either. We suffered the whole night with zero heat and an unclean room. The TV did not work and the floor was disgusting. It was a HORRIFIC experience. The WORST hotel experience of our life.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
