Great Service, but small issues!
The service at the hotel was excellent. The reception staff were professional and always willing to help. We received an upgrade, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom featuring a glass wall and a bathtub, adding a romantic touch to the room. The sea view was also fabulous. The pool was very clean, well-designed, and offered a great view, though there were some gaps in the dome ceiling. The hotel's location is good. The staff also helped us plan the next part of our trip and followed up to see if we needed any further assistance. However, due to low occupancy, breakfast was served in-room on our first day instead of the buffet, which limited the variety and didn't meet our expectations. Additionally, the hotel initially required a cash security deposit or the retention of a passport, but they removed this requirement after we expressed concerns. We were mistakenly charged for two bottles of water that were never in our room, which, while minor, shouldn't have happened. On the plus side, the staff were very accommodating on our last night, providing breakfast before we left for an overnight bus, even though it wasn’t part of their usual policy. Overall, great service with a few small issues.
