Thanks for the upgrade to a bigger room! My roommate snored, so I slept on the sofa in the family room. I visited the swimming pool twice and swam laps. That ws a great amenity.

We took a suite for 4 with harbour view and we got lucky to get the highest floor so it was an exceptional room with the best view possible on the HK skyline. The gym and the pool are nice, the breakfast room also enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I regret the absence of water bottle in the room and the policy of make the room every 3 days to save money.

I had an issue with checking in because my booking was named under my married surname, my passport name is my maiden surname , BUT I have a valid residence ID with my married surname that matches my booking , but this check in lady insisted I need to change my bookingโ€™s name because it does not match my passport, but i was already showing her my other residence ID with the name that matches but she would not accept!!!! She insisted that the booking should match the passport???!!! First of all you are not the immigration , how can i not check in with my other valid ID??? The booking must match the name with my ID, when is a residence ID not an ID if I may ask??? why would she insist that it should match my passport??? even the credit card that I use with the booking is same with my residence ID for Godโ€™s sake

You guys must improve on your check in counters, donโ€™t act as if you are the immigration officers ok? since when must we check in using passports only??? why are other valid IDs not acceptable during check in?? since when is that a rule??? These ladies doesnโ€™t want to accept my residential ID to check in and insist on passport only, I dont understand.

It has all the conveniences and ambience of an expensive hotel but costs a lot less. The indoor pool and gym are nice. The coffee shop offers a great lunch menu. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood. Many tourist attractions are only minutes away. Various modes of transportation are easily accessible and get you to where you want fast. Staff members are courteous and helpful. I got a room with a fantastic harbour view. Highly recommend.
