It was a bit noise with the water pipes, and other noise at night with the fusiles or something. Carpet and wall were very dirty , the safe box didn’t work and we asked to be fixed, and they never did. Service was ok. I would not stay there again.

When we first arrived the room was very small for 3 people and it smelled like sewage. The night stands were also very dusty and when we called reception about it they were going to send someone up. No one came to the room so we went down ourselves ready to check out but they gave us another room which was bigger and cleaner. However the curtains to the bathroom were still dirty. Aside from the primary problem the rest of our stay was fine.

Room was not clean at all. People on Recepcion named Francesco need be more friendly, he seem a cold machine. Federico was very professional, probably when I met Francesco I found he was arrogant and he was not friendly. People on breakfast area never smile, they were work Like they were alone, when a Handsome man came to this area then main hosted lady She flirted openly with him. I knew she knows how treat people but she decide who is great and who are not.

Very nice hotel and amenities. Room was clean and very up to date With a comfortable bed. Location left a little to be desired as it was a little difficult to find and was not as close to the airport as we thought. They have a shuttle bus that goes to Vatican City which was great but they charged 2 Euros each way per person and we really felt this should be a courtesy of the hotel.

Nice hotel for the price of a hostel in the centre
A night in this hotel costs like a night in a cheap hostel in the city center. If you are ready to put up with living not in the most picturesque suburb of Rome, but use private bathroom (where hot water is really hot, unlike most hotels in Europe, that's a great advantage of this accommodation) - then it's just a perfect choice for you. Actually it's about 20 minutes on a bus (the stop is just across the street) to the city centre, so really no problem with that.

Checked in at 8 pm and informed the front desk office agent, Simone to help us but nothing was done.
The pictures on the website do not reflect reality. We asked to change rooms and the desk office agent said no other rooms available.

Motivation des Personals ließ zu Wünschen übrig.
Frühstücksbuffet ist eine Katastrophe.
Sind wohl nur auf Reisegruppen aus.
Hotel liegt in der Peripherie von Rom, zu Fuß ist hier nichts zu erreichen,
war uns bewusst da wir mit dem Auto da waren.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel (20 min bis in die Stadt).
Hotel bietet auch Shuttle (2 € pro Person und Strecke), Absetzpunkt nähe Vatikan, letzte Rückfahrt bereits um 20 Uhr.

Je n’ai pas aimé:
La qualité de l’accueil du soir, aucune empathie, le service de jour était plus agréable,
La qualité de la nourriture du restaurant très en dessous de la moyenne, le temps d’attente au restaurant incroyablement long vu la taille et le nombre de couverts,
Le service de sortie et ramassage des ordures vraiment trop bruyant, tous les jours vers minuit et demi qui dure une vingtaine de minutes.
La salle de bain aux joints moisis et plafond auréolé, la baignoire peu engageante par son manque de propreté.
Les climatisations désuètes et pas au niveau espéré de l’établissement, peu efficaces, très bruyantes, (Cassée en cours de séjour il a fallu attendre deux nuits pour avoir une nouvelle chambre.)
J’ai aimé:
le parking gratuit et fermé
le hall d’accueil de l’hotel qui présente bien

Good solid 4-star hotel some would rate higher, but to me, a five star has no flaws, there were various insignificant issues to that. This is a tour hotel and busses roll in a couple of times of the day. So it can become crowded at the elevator.
Good, the city bus (881) is across the street drops you right by the Vatican. Rooms pleasant and clean, breakfast, which we paid for extra was good waitress help good. Car park good we rented a car, so you could park right in front and drove to Pompeii. If you're not very good with directions and following goggle instructions I do not recommend this, the Italians drive very fast and the roads are very narrow at times and 2 or 3 choices present themselves very fast. Also, download a translator as opposed to many other countries English is not spoken a lot. Prepare for a city tax and resort fees as an extra at the hotel. Nice area soccer field across the street, very safe.

The room wasn’t cleaned, there were ants on the room and in the shower. I asked the to from the stuff to order a taxi for 9 people and to verify it, he order taxi only for 7.
