Very fast and easy check-in. We stay here several times a year for V.A. doctors appointments. Lots of food and shopping near by. Plus Brookfields Restaurant is next door with great food.

The self-serve breakfast consisted of waffles, Cheerios, toast, coffee, tea, apples, bagels, orange juice, cranberry juice, and the homeless folks that happen to sneak in. Housekeeping was top notch.

The hotel was priced appropriately. The parking was limited and the structure was old. It was located to good restaurants. The noise level was low.

Nice stay.
The staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The room had a little wear and tear, but not out of the norm for a popular hotel. There are no elevators for the second or third floors.

I considered it expensive for not having an elevator. The room I had was noisy from the laundry area. The service was good. I didn't like the place so much for the value.

The inside of the hotel room itself was clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Despite being on a nonsmoking floor it smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes all the time. There is no breakfast offered and the pool is permanently closed which is not reflected on the website. The parking lot had several people loitering at all times and felt generally unsafe. The staff was nice.

We chose this motel for it’s convenient location and low price only. It was very dirty inside and out with extremely limited amenities. There isn’t a breakfast as advertised, all rooms must share one microwave, it’s in a really bad neighborhood, there isn’t an elevator, there was trash in the parking lot, the hotel is noisy, there were cockroaches, the air conditioner was broken, their were bed bugs and a strong smoke smell in the rooms even though it’s supposedly a nonsmoking motel and a high $200 deposit for a $70 room. Would not recommend.

Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff was VERY particular about how many towels we were allowed to have for our 4 night stay, which was odd but other than that it was good
