Exquisite
Lovely old building full of character and history and beauty. There was an owl in the morning right outside my room on the fire escape making soft “ Who” noises. This building and the entire town have wild Wild West written all over. I loved staying here and the room was nice and big with all the amenities and comfort you could expect. Kudos to the owners who have restored this building to bring it back to life in such an exquisite way!

Mattress on the Downside.
Beautifully restored, rebuilt bank building right across from its sister, the Mizpah. Outfitted to depict the era of Tonopah's boom era with good attention to detail. The only thing that kept this review from being excellent was the bed. It sloped with the floor's irregularities which made it uncomfortable. It could be remedied, I think, with a level and a few shims to support the sloping side. Aside from that, we highly recommend.

Cold rooms in the winter.
The hotel is beautifully restored and has all the necessary amenities. My only complaint is the room was cold 63* when we arrived. We turned the heat up and went out to eat hoping room would be warm when we returned. Nope.. unbeknownst to us a window had been left open and room temperature was even colder. It was 35* outside. For goodness sake turn on the heat for your guests before they arrive and close the windows. It took the heater two hours to heat the room up. I even turned on the heater in the bathroom to get it warmed up quickler. Unfortunately the room heat has been a problem for us in the past. We have stayed multiple times. Always cold. Probably going to. Different hotel our next trip though.😔

Updated, historic hotel in downtown Tonopah. Very nice! Charming with new amenities and features with lots of historic character. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Clean too.

This was my second stay at the Belvada and was just as great as last year. The price is totally reasonable, staff, friendly, the building has great old history and looks, the Mizpah across the street has a great dinner restaurant and I had a bit of luck at their casino as well. The bathroom has a heater shower fan which feels fantastic! Rooms are very large for a double queen. Would totally stay again.
