Great place to stay !
The hotel was very nice . Front desk staff and concise desk both extremely helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows comfortable. Hotel layout was great with beautiful view. Only issue I had was a rattling vent two out of my three nights there. Informed desk after first night , thought it was fixed until it happened again during second night . Luckily the maintenance guy came up and fixed it correctly our last night there. He wa great ! Overall I would stay here again . Beach access and pools were nice too.

A wonderful play to stay for a family of 5
We really enjoyed our stay this week. The room was super spacious and comfortable. We loved the full kitchen and took total advantage of it. The proximity to the beach was very convenient especially since we knew we wanted to spend most of our time at the beach versus tourist attractions. A huge perk for us though was the family pass we received when we checked in. It got us free access to the go cart family center, and the kids had the absolute best time. It also gave us unlimited access to the mini golf course across the street. The only reason I did deducted one star from customer service is because I called to ask to have someone vacuum our room and no one came unfortunately. But other than that service was great.

I needed a place to sleep and I also needed a room with a refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this room was equipped with a FULL kitchen! It was a GREAT room and it had a balcony with an ocean view! FREE PARKING and FREE MINI GOLF! I loved everything about this hotel.

Great place and staff.
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Pros: 1. Bigger room than usual hotel. 2. Great view from oceanfront balcony. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Very nice pillows on bed. 5. Convenient location. 6. Full kitchen is great. 7. Front desk people were friendly. Cons: 1. Paid $50 extra fee total for 3 days, for which we received no extra value. 2. Parking garage is quite remote. Was a cold, rainy walk (yes, valet is available). 3. No luggage carriers available to help to and from the room. 4. Biggest issue was the tub. Hard to get in and out of to take a shower. Could be a big problem for some people. We managed. Overall, we would stay here again if we were in Myrtle Beach.
