There was nothing about construction happening until it was too late to cancel. The floor I was on embarking I paid extra for parking and there was no parking available to me. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. One helped me find a sketchy parking spot that wasn’t a parking spot but made it work for me.

The renovations are wonderful! The front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful! The rooms are lovely. Conveniently located to some great sites like the space needle, climate pledge and pike market.
Only complaint was booking a room with a fold out sofa which was no longer available as they had renovated.

This hotel was very convenient. It had shuttle service to the Norwegian Cruise ships. I didn't like that there was no free breakfast, but the restaurant was open at 7am. I'd stay here again.
