The CLOSENESS TO IT ALL! One block off the beach and one block to Shops and Restaurants. Enjoyed the evening strolls along the beach. Breakfast was very special and tasty. They even gave us a bag of Breakfast treats to take on our early departing train. Also arranged transfers to the Niceville Train Station.

The Hotel is obviously under reconstruction. Very fresh rooms but chaotic entrance and no restaurant or lounge.

Very well situated hotel, close to promenade des anglais, place Masséna, old nice and lots of little streets to explore and walk around. Staff is courteous. Rooms are clean, bathroom is spacious , water fountain available on each level. Would recommend!

This hotel is in a great location. The room was very reasonable and a good value for the money. My only complaint was the breakfast. There was not much more than a Continental breakfast and the price was high. I would stay here again but I would not eat here.

Overall the hotel was really good. My only complaint was the paper drinking cups in the room and no proper coffee mugs. For the price there should be glasses in the room

The location is very good close to everything
What I did not like about this property is that the was 4 nights Jazz festival the music was extremely loud and the whole building was shaking we couldn’t sleep at all

The hotel is going through renovations. The lobby is unusable. The Noise from the street below is terrible even at 3am motorcycles go racing down the very busy street. The rooms are small ; the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very close to Old Town and the beach. But such a noisy street and no hotel restaurant or bar or lobby

Very nice hotel at a great location in Nice. Rooms are newly renovated, bathroom is very nice. Would be nice with a fridge in the room but overall a very pleasant stay.
