Corridors smelled of pot.
The floor would have been softer than the bed.
The two towels were so thin I’m surprised they were able to absorb any water.
The guy who checked us in continually sniffed - I didn’t want to even touch the item, one key, he was handing me.
We were not provided the internet password upon check-in. I had to call down to the desk. Or any other information for that matter.
The Tv and cable box are plugged into the outlet that is turned on and off by the light switch when you enter. The remote did not turn on/off the TV or change the volume.
The door lock had to be rekeyed with a machine 2 times over the 3 days we were there. We had to make numerous trips up and down the stairs for these events.
In the morning for breakfast - the cleaning staff took all of the eggs, meat, and biscuits - but luckily another nice employee offered to cook 3 pieces of paper bacon and a biscuit for my husband. And yes, this was before 9:00 am. Also, I don’t know why or how, but the scrambled eggs had some dark green areas.
The parking lot is full of pot holes.
I won’t be staying here again.
