A very nice place where you can walk to many attraction. Nice service and a clean and spacious room. We enjoy our two nights stay.

Would come back again. Best beds ever.
The beds were amazing! We all slept so good. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The location near Polk street with a lot of bars and restaurants was great. Walkable to different places and public transit. Free breakfast was not special. Great choice for this hotel.

Two Nights in San Francisco
The hotel room and washroom were clean. The service was good. Parking was tight but okay. The breakfast, television, fridge and microwave were good. The location was excellent.

No-frills hotel/motel. Not a terrible stay, but there is no working elevator despite the description on the hotels.com website, which meant my 1st-floor room was actually up three flights of stairs. My room also had a rather unpleasant smell from the cleaning products used to prepare it when I first arrived. It did dissipate after a few hours, so it wasn't a deal-breaker, but it did add to my unease upon checking in. All in all, I would say the location is the best thing about the hotel, but since there are other accommodations nearby, I'm not likely to stay here again.

Perfect
We are so glad we booked the Castle Inn for our first trip to San Francisco - It's perfect if you want to visit all the major attractions in the city. We arrived, parked the car conveniently in the onsite car park and that's where it stayed for the duration of our visit, taking advantage of the local transport and our legs. The room was well equipped and clean and the On the Go Breakfast was a bonus - pastries, coffee, Juice and cereal. Special thanks to Damon who was very informative and helpful throughout the duration of our visit.
