Arrived at 1am and was told hotel as full and no room was available. Explained I had reservations and she said it dont matter they have no rooms. I explained thats not acceptable was told to contact hotels.com to cancel reservations. I said not acceptable, so she called someone to clean a room she said they did not have. Smh Got into room full of smoke smell was not clean properly no tissue no towels. Made a complaint the next morning. Was given another room I watch lady clean it. But still much smoke smell. Still waiting on someone to call me regarding refunding my firat night.

Avoid if Possible.

After getting to the room, i left within an hour. The bed had blood stains and other stains on it. The TV was old and didn't work properly. The walls were stained and the towels were dingy. Upon checking-in the hotel has a sign at the front desk "No refunds." That is the primary reason i didn't complain once i got to the room. I took pictures and left. The staff was welcoming and brought me towels but everything was dingy and discolored. The outside area smells of Marijuana. I have photos but this app is not allowing me to upload them.
